Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Costs

All shipping costs include statutory VAT. The shipping costs that apply to your order are shown in the shopping cart and on the order overview before you place the order.

We currently ship exclusively within Germany. Shipping to EU countries is in preparation and coming soon.

Delivery Times

Within Germany 1–3 business days after the contract is concluded, or 1–3 business days after payment is received if you pay in advance. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding statutory public holidays.

We will announce delivery times for EU countries as soon as shipping there becomes available.

If a different delivery time applies to a particular item, it is stated on the relevant product page.

Delivery Areas

Germany — more countries coming soon

We currently ship exclusively within Germany. Delivery to other member states of the European Union is in preparation and will be available soon.

Delivery to DHL parcel lockers is possible.

Shipping Carrier

Shipping is carried out by DHL. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail with a tracking link.

Customs and Import Duties

No customs duties apply to deliveries within Germany. We do not currently ship to countries outside the European Union.
