General Terms and Conditions with Customer Information
Stickershop24 is a brand of Hookain Onlineshop GmbH.
§ 1 Scope
(1) These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") apply to all contracts for the supply of goods concluded between a consumer (hereinafter "Customer") and

(hereinafter "Seller") via the online shop stickershop24. We object to the inclusion of the Customer's own terms and conditions, unless otherwise agreed.
(2) For the purposes of these Terms, a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession (§ 13 BGB).
§ 2 Conclusion of Contract
(1) The product listings in the online shop do not constitute a binding offer by the Seller, but serve to invite the Customer to submit a binding offer.
(2) The Customer may submit the offer via the order form integrated into the online shop. The ordering process comprises the following steps:
- The Customer places the desired goods in the virtual shopping cart.
- Via "Cart" or "Checkout", the Customer proceeds to the ordering process.
- The Customer enters their billing and delivery address or logs in with their customer account.
- The Customer selects the shipping and payment method.
- On the final order summary, all order details (goods, prices, shipping costs, addresses, payment method) are shown together. The Customer can check for input errors and correct them using the usual keyboard and mouse functions and the provided editing functions, or cancel the process.
- By clicking the button "order with obligation to pay", the Customer submits a legally binding offer to conclude a purchase contract for the goods contained in the shopping cart (§ 312j (3) BGB).
(3) Before placing the order, the Customer is informed, clearly, comprehensibly and in a prominent manner, of the essential characteristics of the goods, the total price including all taxes, and any shipping costs incurred (§ 312j (2) BGB).
(4) The Seller confirms receipt of the order without delay by e-mail. This confirmation of receipt does not yet constitute acceptance of the offer, unless it expressly states that the offer is accepted.
(5) The Seller may accept the Customer's offer within five days, either by transmitting an explicit order confirmation in text form, by shipping the goods, or by requesting payment from the Customer, or once the payment process has been completed. Whichever event occurs first is decisive. If the Seller does not accept the offer within this period, this is deemed a rejection; the Customer is then no longer bound by their declaration of intent.
(6) The language of the contract is German.
§ 3 Storage of the Contract Text
(1) The text of the contract is stored by the Seller. The Customer receives the contract terms, including these Terms and the withdrawal policy, together with the order confirmation by e-mail on a durable medium.
(2) If the Customer has a customer account, they can view their orders there. Otherwise, the text of the contract is no longer accessible via the online shop once the ordering process has been completed. These Terms are available in the online shop at any time and can be saved and printed.
§ 4 Prices and Shipping Costs
(1) All prices stated are total prices in euros and include statutory VAT.
(2) Shipping costs apply in addition, unless the goods are marked as free of shipping charges. Their amount is shown on the product page, in the shopping cart, and on the order summary before the order is placed. Within Germany, 6.90 € per order; free of charge from an order value of 50 €. Shipping to EU countries is not currently offered; it is in preparation and will follow shortly.
(3) Delivery currently takes place exclusively within Germany; all prices include German statutory VAT. Once shipping to EU countries begins, these Terms will be supplemented with information on the VAT treatment of intra-EU deliveries.
§ 5 Payment Terms
(1) Payment is processed via the payment service provider Mollie B.V., Keizersgracht 126, 1015 CW Amsterdam, Netherlands. The terms of Mollie or of the respective payment service apply in addition.
(2) PayPal: Processed via Mollie with the involvement of PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg. The Customer authenticates with their PayPal credentials and confirms the payment instruction. The amount is debited immediately after the order is placed.
(3) Klarna: Processed via Mollie with the involvement of Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden. Klarna's terms apply in addition and are pointed out during the ordering process. Klarna may carry out a creditworthiness check. All Klarna payment methods available via Mollie are offered; the methods available in each case are shown during the ordering process.
(4) Credit Card: The amount is debited from the specified card via Mollie. The card is charged as part of the usual card payment processing via Mollie upon completion of the order.
(5) Bank Transfer (Advance Payment): The bank details are provided with the order confirmation. The amount is to be transferred within 7 days of conclusion of the contract. Delivery takes place upon receipt of payment.
(6) Purchase on Invoice: The purchase price falls due after delivery and invoicing, payable within 14 days without deduction. Processing is carried out via the payment service provider Mollie; if the claim is assigned to a third party as part of processing, the Customer is informed of this and of the payee during the ordering process. This payment method may be made subject to a creditworthiness check.
(7) SEPA Direct Debit: The Customer grants a SEPA direct debit mandate; collection is carried out via Mollie. The advance notice period is shortened to 1 day. The Customer must ensure sufficient funds in the account; costs arising from a chargeback for which the Customer is responsible are borne by the Customer.
(8) Apple Pay: The Customer pays using the Apple Pay payment method stored on their device; processing is carried out via Mollie. Google Pay can be used as part of credit card payment (paragraph 4), provided the device and browser support it.
(9) The Customer may only set off against counterclaims that have been legally established, are undisputed, or have been recognised, or against counterclaims arising from the same contractual relationship in a close reciprocal connection. A right of retention exists only insofar as the counterclaim is based on the same contractual relationship.
§ 6 Delivery Terms
(1) Delivery is made to the specified delivery address within Germany. Delivery to member states of the European Union is not currently offered; it is in preparation and will follow shortly. The shipping carrier is DHL.
(2) Unless stated otherwise, the delivery time within Germany is 1–3 business days after conclusion of the contract, or after receipt of payment in the case of advance payment. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding statutory public holidays.
(3) If delivery is not possible for reasons attributable to the Customer, the Customer bears the resulting reasonable costs — without prejudice to an effectively exercised right of withdrawal.
(4) In the case of a consumer goods purchase, the risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration only passes to the Customer upon handover to the Customer or to a person designated by the Customer to receive the goods.
(5) The Seller may withdraw from the contract if, despite a corresponding covering transaction, it is not supplied correctly or on time and is not responsible for the unavailability. The Customer will be informed without delay, and any consideration already provided will be refunded without delay.
§ 7 Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain the property of the Seller until paid in full.
§ 8 Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details are set out in the withdrawal policy available in the online shop, which is also sent to the Customer with the order confirmation. The right of withdrawal can also be exercised via the electronic withdrawal function pursuant to § 356a BGB; the online withdrawal form provided for this purpose is accessible via the footer of every page of the online shop.
§ 9 Warranty (Liability for Defects)
(1) The statutory provisions on liability for defects apply (§§ 434 et seq. BGB), in particular the rules on the sale of consumer goods (§§ 474 et seq. BGB).
(2) The limitation period for statutory claims for defects is two years from delivery for new goods. If a defect appears within one year of delivery, it is presumed that the goods were already defective at the time of delivery (§ 477 BGB).
(3) Obvious transport damage should, if possible, be reported to the delivery person immediately and communicated to the Seller. Failure to do so has no effect on statutory warranty rights; it helps the Seller assert its own claims against the carrier.
§ 10 Liability
(1) The Seller is liable without limitation for damage resulting from injury to life, body or health, in cases of intent and gross negligence, in the case of fraudulent concealment of a defect, in the case of assumption of a guarantee, and under the Product Liability Act.
(2) In the case of slightly negligent breach of material contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage.
(3) Otherwise, liability for damage caused by slight negligence is excluded.
§ 11 Dispute Resolution
(1) The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform was discontinued as of 20 July 2025. A reference to it is therefore no longer required and is not provided.
(2) The Seller is not willing and not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG).
§ 12 Final Provisions
(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which they reside (Art. 6(2) Rome I Regulation).
(2) Should individual provisions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
